We do not offer cancellation refunds or credits for any travel related changes including flight, car rental, or lodging changes. We recommend anyone client who will be traveling from out-of-state to plan well in advance as the availability at the Great Falls International Airport and Helena Regional Airport may be limited on rental car services during the peak summer months.
All cancellations must be sent via email or phone call. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of BugLife at any time and in these cases, trip deposits will be refunded. Causes for cancelations may include conditions that threaten client safety, guide illness, and federal/state closures. We will NOT cancel trips do to natural factors like adverse weather, air quality, or river conditions.
Hoot-owl restrictions will not be considered ground for a refund/cancellation or change of booked dates. Adjustments can be made to the timing of the trip to ensure for the full day trips to be off the water prior to the 2PM mandated cut-off by the state of Montana.
A 50% booking deposit is taken on all trips booked outside the 30-day window of your scheduled trip day. The remaining 50% balance is due 30 days prior to your scheduled trip day. If a cancellation occurs 30 days prior to the day of your scheduled trip will receive a credit that can be used toward a future booking.
If a cancellation occurs inside the 30-day window, there will be no refunds or credits.
